Introducing the LIQUID Sprayer, a versatile and high-performance tool designed for precision liquid application across various terrains. Key features include:

Multifunctionality: LIQUID can be used in the winter for anti-icing or de-icing roads where ice has already formed, or in the summer as a water tank in combination with a front cleaner mounted on the vehicle.
Savings and environmental protection: Liquid spreading reduces the total consumption of salt and increases maximum spreading speed, which results in the reduction of operative costs and negative environmental impact, as well as protecting the traffic infrastructure.
Prolonged spreading effect: Liquid spreading prolongs the spreading effect, i.e. increases residual salinity of the road after the performed spreading.
Precision: High precision and efficiency of spreading are enabled by the quality of construction of all spreader components and the EPOS control unit which enables the control of all spreading parameters directly from the vehicle cabin.

Distribution System:

The LIQUID distribution system features a ramp equipped with a variable flow nozzle system, ensuring precise and efficient application even at high vehicle speeds.
This patented design includes two types of nozzles: one for immediate spreading behind the sprayer, and another for left and right lane distribution. This allows for a wide spreading pattern with precise control over spreading asymmetry. The distribution system is powered by a high-flow pump, ensuring consistent liquid supply for optimal performance

Control:

All RASCO spreaders are controlled by EPOS units, developed by RASCO experts for precise and reliable spreading. These units manage all spreader elements, ensuring accuracy through hydraulic actuator control and feedback systems. An automated calibration feature simplifies setup, and spreading parameters are saved for easy reactivation, even after the unit is turned off.

Tracking:

ARMS is an information and communication system for control, central monitoring, reporting and optimization of activities related to the maintenance of traffic infrastructure. Monitoring of working hours of people and machines as well as of the used resources (such as the used spreading salt, vehicle fuel etc.) in real time creates a unique possibility to quickly decide on potential saving methods. Unchangeable logs protect the user from liability by providing clear information on any taken action, while the reduced consumption of spreading material at the same time protects traffic infrastructure and its surroundings.
