Before Starting

1. Safety Checks

  • Ensure all safety features and covers are in place. 
  • Check the loader for any visible damage or leaks.
  • Ensure the loader is clean and free of flammable materials (e.g., hay, straw, grease).
  • Verify the travel direction selector switch is in the Neutral position.
  • Fasten the safety belt.

2. Pre-Operation Checks

  • Perform daily maintenance as per the maintenance plan.
  • Check the engine oil level using the dipstick.
  • Check the coolant level in the reservoir (between “FULL” and “LOW”). 
  • Inspect the hydraulic oil level (loader must be on even ground with all cylinders retracted).
  • Check the fuel level (ensure the gauge pointer is above the red area). 
  • Inspect the tyres for proper air pressure and wear. 
  • Ensure the battery is connected and charged.

Starting the Loader

1. Ignition Key

  1. Insert the ignition key into the starter switch.
  2. Turn the key to the “Z” (Ignition On) position.
  3. If the engine is cold (below 0°C), turn the key to the “V” (Preheat) position until the preheating indicator light goes out.
  4. Turn the key to the “S” (Start) position to start the engine.
    • If the engine does not start within 30 seconds, wait 120 seconds before retrying.
    • Ensure the inch pedal is pressed and the parking brake is applied during startup.

Operating the Loader

1. Travel Direction Selector Switch

  • Use the switch to select Forward (F), Neutral (N), or Reverse (R).
  • Ensure the parking brake is released before moving. 
  • Do not change direction or shift travel ranges at high speed.

2. Boom Operation

  • Use the boom control lever (located to the right of the seat) to raise, lower, tilt, or crowd the attachment. 
  • Push down the lever to lock the hydraulic system for road travel.

3. Cruise Control (Optional):

  • Turn on the yellow drive mode switch on the dashboard. 
  • Use the speed controller dial to set the desired speed.

Stopping the Loader

  1. Lower the boom to its lowest position and rest the working tool on the ground.
  2. Apply the parking brake. 
  3. Move the travel direction selector switch to Neutral.
  4. Turn the ignition key to the “0” (Off) position.
  5. Remove the key.

  • Always wear safety belts during operation.
  • Do not carry passengers.
  • Never operate the loader if unfamiliar with its controls.
  • Keep this manual at the driver’s platform for reference.

8. Adjust Hand Throttle Dial

With the hand throttle dial (left illustration) the motor speed can be changed independent of the driving speed. Turn the dial to set the target speed. The hand throttle is switched on or off using the neighbouring button.

9. Adjust Speed Controller Dial

Driving speed can be regulated by the speed controller independent of the gas pedal. Turn the dial to select the target speed.
The yellow switch (drive mode switch “1FP2”) in the dashboard must be switched on in order for the speed regulator to work.
